AlienAlex's 2024 best work

2024 was weird. Anyway, here are my favorite work from this year.

1.) Kung-fu Eartha (Dragon New Year)

Eartha in a two-side slit cheongsam is so adorable. She’s a fighter, so of course I made her do some karate. Squishy thighs!

2.) Eartha's updated design

I asked myself, “Why will her hair be combed?” So I gave her a wilder look because, well, she’s mostly outside. I have loved this small design change ever since.

3.) Space Tour

I’ve wanted to do a small cosmic journey for Eartha. Side note: I really need to do more crazy adventures because I noticed I’m really stagnated. Maybe it’s anxiety. Maybe it’s… well it’s personal.

Anyway, my favorite part of this project is the cover illustration, of course. Which is why I chose this plus the comic as part of my favorite 2024 art.

4.) Rosie's Birthday Surprise comic

Rosie as some sort of “purple gray-ish alien” has been in my head for a while. I’m glad I made that move. It’s definitely a glow-up design!

5.) Rosie soaking at the beach + nude ;)

I’m a simple ooga-booga. I see bikini, I go brr. I really love the poses & expressions of Rosie. Plus, I’m a sucker for beach aesthetics.

Oh yeah, nude version. Because I can.

6.) Coral & Stella: Bonding comic

Aside from my excuse to draw more swimsuits, I needed a cover illustration for a comic about the awkward bonding of Coral & Stella. The coloring pops pretty good here. And the body differences between the 2 girls are adorable. The comic is not much, but it’s refreshing not to draw some action.

7.) Coral "bloody test"

An intentionally raunchy-esque situation. I kinda dig this outfit for Coral. A lab coat while wearing stockings & undergarments. The expression is spot on in this situation.

8.) Vampire Goth Rosie

I didn’t know I needed this until now. Rosie is so beautiful as a goth. Maybe I could make that as a new wardrobe addition.

9.) Santa Stella Baby

Obligatory Christmas drawing. Actually, I love this. The pose is glamorous, Stella’s blond hair compliments the surrounding colors. It really catches the attention, uh, aside from her slender legs (ahem).

10.) Lunaris + Happy New Year

Palworld is my game of the year, so I drew Lunaris, one of my favorite pals. I used that one Evangelion screenshot of the moon & Rei as a main reference. The shading is pretty solid, & I kind of struggle with that sometimes. Also, I BARELY draw fan art. One of the major reasons is that I don’t want to be followed solely for fan art. Tangent aside, I like this drawing.
